Congress Passes Energy Bill – What's in it?

What’s in the House offshore-drilling bill? | csmonitor.com.

Well, Congress passed the Comprehensive American Energy Security and Consumer Protection Act last night.  The link above is a great summary by the Christian Science Monitor.  Republicans main objection is that they want more drilling than the plan allows.  Many are saying the Senate will not pass the bill.  The White House has said they will veto it.

Racing headlong into inaction has become the American way.
