Since not all of us can afford to go 100% organic. The solution might be to focus on just those foods carrying the most amounts of pesticides, chemicals, additives and hormones. Whenever possible, spend your organic dollars buying organic versions of the following foods…
The foods in the red column are the worst to buy in conventional form due to pesticide content, and so on down the line to the green column where you will find foods that are okay to buy in conventional form.
