Major Offshore Wind is coming to NJ! Joining Greg by phone on The Morning Blend is Lance R. Miller, Chief of Policy and Planning, Board of Public Utilities (BPU) to discuss the newly awarded contract for large-scale, wind development off the coast of Atlantic City. The project promises to supply power to 125,000 homes and will ultimately generate 3000MW of clean energy, 13% of NJ’s demand.
The project will draw in high tech, green-collar jobs for NJseyans and reaffirm NJ’s commitment to clean energy! Rock on BPU and Gov. Corzine!!!
