With China announcing the planned addition of numerous coal plants in the coming years and India vowing to generate “slightly less” Green House Gas than whatever the US generates as their developmental right, the need to take serious steps to get off coal in the short term has never been greater. Newlygreens will be participating with the events William Paterson will be hosting from 9am-3:30pm in the Student Center room 216 as well in the Multi-Purpose room.
